To the rear of the kitchen there is a galleria area where you will find the washing machine, storage area and stairs to first floor.

On the first floor is one double room with double bed, and patio door which leads onto a small balcony, and there is a family shower room.

A communal area where you will find a swimming pool, children's pool, childs play park area and sport courts for tennis, volley ball, basket ball etc.

There is a beautiful 17KM long beach within 10 minutes drive of the house. A regular open top tourist train which circles Gran Alacant every hour will take you to the beach, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets.

Benidorm is approx 1 hours drive north or you can take the train or bus if you do not drive. The lively nightlife and its many attractions which include Terra Mitica, Mundomar, Terra Nature are among a few.

Gran Alacant itself , has a large selection of bars and restaurants catering to all taste and nationalities and several large supermarkets where you can purchase beer and wine for relaxing on the terrace and soaking up the sun.

There is a weekly market on Thursday morning just a short walk from the house, where you can pick up fresh local fruit and vegetables.

The Caribassi beach, has fabulous sand dunes and stretches for miles, with plenty of free parking.
