Self catering Two Bedroom Town House with Wifi located at the top of the hill in Gran Alacant overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Easy access to a communal swimming pool. 15 minutes walk to the beach and ten minutes walk to the nearest restaurants/bars and supermarket.

On entering the property you are in the lounge. The dining area is located to the front of the house with through lounge to the kitchen area with galleria off the kitchen. This is an extension of the kitchen area. From the lounge there is a shower room.

To the side of the shower room is the staircase leading to the first floor which has two bedrooms and family bathroom. The bedroom to the front of the house has a double bed with access to a small terraced area which has views over the the to the mountain and down to the mediteranean sea. The second bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath. The stairs then continue up to a rooftop solarium which has fantastic views over to Alicante and across to the mountains and to the Bay of Alicante.

This property is located on the roadside of the Poligono so has easy access from the car. There is a front terraced area where you can sit and relax and for privacy you have the roof top solarium where you can soak up the sun all day long or enjoy a quiet drink reading a book.

On the solarium there is also a BBQ area and table for outside dining.

Benidorm is approx 1 hours drive north or you can take the train or bus if you do not drive. The lively nightlife and its many attractions which include Terra Mitica, Mundomar, Terra Nature are among a few.

Gran Alacant itself , has a large selection of bars and restaurants catering to all taste and nationalities and several large supermarkets where you can purchase beer and wine for relaxing on the terrace and soaking up the sun.

There is a weekly market on Thursday morning just a short train or bus ride from the house, where you can pick up fresh local fruit and vegetables.

The Caribassi beach, has fabulous sand dunes and stretches for miles, with plenty of free parking.
