Self catering two bedroom first floor apartment with WIFI and Air conditioning, located at the top of the hill in the Gran Alacant area of Santa Pola on Urbanisation Altomar II. Two minute walk to local shops, bars and restaurants. A tourist train will take you down the hill to the beach and further shops and restaurants. Easy access to a communal swimming pool.

The apartment which is on the inside of a gated community, comprises of lounge which has a double pull out sofa bed if required, dining, with kitchen area to the front of the apartment next to dining area. Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to have a great holiday. To the rear of the lounge there are two double bedrooms one with King size bed and the second with twin single beds, wardrobes and bedside cabinets. Both rooms have ceiling fans. The family bathroom with walk in shower, is located on the left just before the main bedroom. To the front of the property is a terraced area with Stairs leading to the roof top solarium, ideal for dining al fresco or relaxing and soaking up the sun. In the centre of the community is a large swimming pool with separate child pool, shower and sun bathing area. Beautiful gardens surround the pool area.

Benidorm is approx 1 hours drive north or you can take the train or bus if you do not drive. The lively nightlife and its many attractions which include Terra Mitica, Mundomar, Terra Nature are among a few.

Gran Alacant itself , has a large selection of bars and restaurants catering to all taste and nationalities and several large supermarkets where you can purchase beer and wine for relaxing on the terrace and soaking up the sun.

There is a weekly market on Thursday morning just a short walk from the house, where you can pick up fresh local fruit and vegetables.

The Caribassi beach, has fabulous sand dunes and stretches for miles, with plenty of free parking.
